Manager/Supervisor

Trax Farm Market is known for it's quality and home fresh products. We are looking for a person with innovative thought and planning experience to oversee the Deli and Bakery teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
Control food and labor costs while reducing waste and maximizing efficiency
Update menus items to reflect seasonal changes, food costs, new items, and promotions

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to Stand 8+ hours, walk, bend, sit, reach, push/pull loaded cart
Must be able to withstand varying temperatures heat/cold due to ovens, walk in cooler and freezer
Operation of ovens, mixers, food grinder/processors, scales, slicers, and small powered kitchen equipment
Regular use of sharp cutting instruments
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
